about the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist (E-commerce) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the e-commerce sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets (USD 5K–15K monthly).
Identify, approach, and close new clients for e-commerce services and solutions.
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize customer experience and sales performance.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2–4 years) in e-commerce or digital sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
