E commerce Sales - Night Shift
Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic E-commerce Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various digital channels. You’ll play a key role in increasing revenue by engaging new customers and upselling to existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales through online platforms and e-commerce marketplaces.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads via email, calls, and chat.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize listings and promotions.
Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or sales (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc. is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
