Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed a monthly sales target of USD 5,000 through e-commerce channels.

  • Manage and convert leads from website inquiries, social media, marketplaces, and chat platforms.

  • Engage with customers via email, chat, WhatsApp, and calls to close sales.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.

  • Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales performance.

  • Handle customer objections professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Provide daily and weekly sales performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce or online sales (preferred).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work with sales targets and KPIs.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, online marketplaces, and digital sales platforms.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-focused mindset.

  • Basic understanding of online marketing and customer behavior.
