E-commerce Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed a monthly sales target of USD 5,000 through e-commerce channels.
Manage and convert leads from website inquiries, social media, marketplaces, and chat platforms.
Engage with customers via email, chat, WhatsApp, and calls to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales performance.
Handle customer objections professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide daily and weekly sales performance reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce or online sales (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with sales targets and KPIs.
Familiarity with CRM tools, online marketplaces, and digital sales platforms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-focused mindset.
Basic understanding of online marketing and customer behavior.
