We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Node.js Developer who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys building modern, scalable, and robust applications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile web development initiatives using modern frameworks and platforms.

  • Develop high-quality, maintainable code with thorough unit test coverage.

  • Ensure smooth automation and continuous delivery with tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, and others.

  • Accurately estimate effort and timelines, while mentoring teammates on estimation techniques.

  • Partner with Project Leadership to set milestones and delegate tasks effectively across the team.

  • Coach and upskill junior developers, both technically and organizationally.

🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 6+ years of proven backend development experience with complex applications.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6, ES7) and TypeScript.

  • Strong hands-on experience with NestJS framework.

  • Solid understanding of ORMs, RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

  • Excellent grasp of OOP principles and design patterns.

  • Familiar with ESLint, Jest, and other testing frameworks.

  • Experienced with Git/Bitbucket for source control.

  • Adheres to best practices in coding standards, security, naming conventions, and reusability.
