Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (SSE) with strong experience in Django, React, and AI-driven systems. The ideal candidate is technically solid, communicates exceptionally well, and can work independently while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Django

• Build responsive, high-performance frontends using React

• Integrate AI/ML models, APIs, or LLM-based features into production systems

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers

• Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning

• Ensure performance, security, and scalability best practices

• Mentor junior developers when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer

• Strong expertise in Python (Django) and JavaScript (React)

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integrations (LLMs, NLP, recommendation systems, or AI APIs)

• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend/frontend integration

• Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and system design

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with remote or international teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines

• Prior experience in AI-first or SaaS products
