Sales Development Representative (Apollo & Cold Outreach) - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume cold calling with strong objection handling
Run targeted cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Apollo.io
Build, manage, and optimize lead lists and sequences in Apollo
Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach metrics
Continuously test messaging to improve response and conversion rates
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine ICPs and outreach strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation
Hands-on expertise with Apollo.io (prospecting, sequencing, analytics)
Strong cold calling experience with proven results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay performance-focused
Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and deadlines
Experience selling to US or international markets (preferred)
Nice to Have
Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
SaaS or tech industry experience
