Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume cold calling with strong objection handling

  • Run targeted cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Apollo.io

  • Build, manage, and optimize lead lists and sequences in Apollo

  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach metrics

  • Continuously test messaging to improve response and conversion rates

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine ICPs and outreach strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation

  • Hands-on expertise with Apollo.io (prospecting, sequencing, analytics)

  • Strong cold calling experience with proven results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay performance-focused

  • Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and deadlines

  • Experience selling to US or international markets (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • SaaS or tech industry experience
