Key Responsibilities
Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and chat platforms to introduce e-book services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Clearly explain e-book packages and services to prospects.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointments in the CRM.
Follow up with interested prospects to ensure appointment confirmation.
Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
Maintain a professional, confident, and positive communication style at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
Fresh candidates or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
Target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (a plus).
