Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and chat platforms to introduce e-book services.

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Clearly explain e-book packages and services to prospects.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointments in the CRM.

  • Follow up with interested prospects to ensure appointment confirmation.

  • Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

  • Maintain a professional, confident, and positive communication style at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).

  • Fresh candidates or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.

  • Target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (a plus).
