Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven TikTok Shop Specialist to manage and scale our sales through the TikTok Shop platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with TikTok commerce, understands influencer marketing and algorithm trends, and knows how to optimize listings, manage campaigns, and grow revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

1. TikTok Shop Store Management

  • Set up and manage the TikTok Shop backend, including onboarding, product listing, pricing, and promotions.

  • Ensure product descriptions, visuals, and content comply with TikTok’s standards and SEO practices.

  • Monitor inventory, update out-of-stock items, and coordinate with the supply chain team.

2. Content & Campaign Strategy

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop product-related videos for TikTok.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns including live selling events, flash sales, and discount codes.

  • Analyze trending formats and hashtags to improve product visibility and engagement.

3. Influencer/Creator Collaboration

  • Identify and reach out to suitable TikTok influencers for product placements and partnerships.

  • Manage affiliate marketing efforts via TikTok Creator Marketplace and other influencer platforms.

  • Track and evaluate influencer performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions).

4. Marketing & Sales Optimization

  • Launch paid TikTok ads for Shop products and optimize ad performance.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • A/B test creative elements and promotions to improve results.

5. Customer Support & Compliance

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order or product-related issues.

  • Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and maintain a high-quality seller rating.

  • Manage return/refund requests professionally and promptly.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms.

  • Understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and ad platform.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with content creators/influencers.

  • Experience with video content planning, user-generated content (UGC), and TikTok marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in tools like TikTok Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut, or similar.

  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in performance tracking and reporting.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.

  • Experience in beauty, fashion, gadgets, or lifestyle product categories.

  • Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce for cross-platform syncing is a plus.

  • Basic video editing and creative production skills.
