Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Partnership-Based) to drive growth in staff augmentation and software-based services across Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for an experienced business professional with a strong network in the IT industry, capable of forming strategic partnerships and expanding our market presence. As a partnership-based role, compensation will be structured around revenue-sharing, ensuring high earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:Business Growth & Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development and partnership model for IT staff augmentation and software solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s footprint in KSA.
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, revenue-sharing models, and service contracts.
Client & Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and IT decision-makers in enterprises and government sectors.
- Identify client needs and provide customized solutions in IT staffing, managed services, and software development.
- Represent the company in negotiations, proposals, and high-value contract discussions.
Staff Augmentation & Talent Solutions:
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely sourcing and deployment of skilled IT professionals.
- Develop flexible engagement models and service-level agreements (SLAs) for staff augmentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and visa requirements for expatriate resources.
Software Services & Digital Transformation:
- Identify opportunities to sell custom software development, cloud solutions, AI-driven applications, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that address client pain points.
- Develop strategic alliances with technology vendors, system integrators, and digital transformation leaders.
Market Expansion & Networking:
- Establish strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and local business councils.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Work with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and thought leadership content.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management in staff augmentation, IT services, or software solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, workforce regulations, and IT industry trends.
- Proven track record of closing high-value contracts and forming long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Arabic (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong network of decision-makers in banking, telecom, healthcare, oil & gas, and government sectors.
- Experience working with remote teams, recruitment partners, and offshore delivery models.
