Job Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level AI-Focused Developer who has hands-on experience building AI-driven products or features. This role is ideal for someone who has actually built, trained, integrated, or deployed AI  rather than only theoretical knowledge. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to develop intelligent, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered applications or features

  • Build and integrate LLM-based solutions (e.g., chatbots, AI assistants, automation tools)

  • Work with structured and unstructured data for model training and inference

  • Implement APIs and services to integrate AI models into production systems

  • Optimize model performance, accuracy, and response times

  • Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Research and experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and techniques

  • Maintain documentation for models, workflows, and system architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in any language but must have a sense to build products from AI 

  • Practical experience with AI projects (personal, freelance, startup, or professional.

  • Knowledge of REST APIs, backend integration, and databases

  • Understanding of model deployment and inference pipelines
