Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Saudi market, with a strong focus on software development services, IT staff augmentation, and mobile application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and closing high-value B2B deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in Saudi Arabia for:

    • Custom software development

    • IT staff augmentation

    • Mobile application development (iOS, Android, cross-platform)

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Saudi tech ecosystem

  • Conduct client meetings, requirement discovery sessions, and solution presentations

  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and contracts in coordination with technical teams

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while meeting revenue targets

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and upsell business

  • Stay updated on Saudi Vision 2030, local regulations, and technology trends

  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure successful project handovers


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in business development / sales within:

    • Software development companies

    • IT services or staff augmentation firms

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Custom software solutions

    • Dedicated teams / staff augmentation models

    • Mobile app development lifecycle

  • Proven experience closing B2B enterprise or SME deals

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong network in the Saudi IT or digital services market (preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with GCC clients, especially KSA

  • Arabic language proficiency (plus, not mandatory)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Knowledge of cloud, AI, fintech, or enterprise software solutions


KPIs & Targets

  • Monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Number of new clients acquired

  • Deal closure rate

  • Average deal size

  • Client retention and repeat business
