Senior Enterprise Identity & Access Management Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
(Experience of 5+ years is required) 

• Manage and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, emphasizing AWS IAM and Okta.
• Develop, implement, and maintain AWS IAM policies, roles, and permissions to uphold security and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, IT, Compliance, and Legal teams to establish and maintain secure IAM practices.
• Integrate AWS IAM with Okta to ensure seamless identity and access control across organizational applications and systems.
• Onboard new applications into IAM frameworks, ensuring adherence to access control and security policies.
• Diagnose and resolve IAM-related issues, while identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize IAM processes.
• Promote and implement IAM best practices in a collaborative, team-oriented environment to align with organizational goals and security standards.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in AWS Identity Management with advanced knowledge of IAM policies, permissions, and roles.
• Demonstrated expertise with Okta for enterprise identity and access management.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, particularly related to identity management.
• Experience in integrating and managing AWS IAM and Okta in multi-environment setups.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with an aptitude for driving innovation and automation in IAM processes.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across diverse teams and disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in AWS or Okta-related domains.
• Experience with additional IAM tools or cloud security frameworks.
• Familiarity with compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 b
