Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive the sales of our design services and ebooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital products. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell design services and ebooks.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels including social media, email marketing, networking events, and other online platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our design services and ebook offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales and maximize profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, detailing progress towards sales targets and any challenges faced.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials that support sales efforts.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital products or design services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
    • Good understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce platforms.
